I'm still having issues with photo and video uploads that are not addressed here.

Send us an email at wedding@marcdav.is! Also, feel free to share your photos and videos via Google Drive or by sending them via email.

I get the error message that I need to select some files when I try to upload photos or videos.

Make sure you select your files to upload in Step 1 before clicking "Submit" in Step 2. You may also get this error message if you click "Submit" more than once.

I selected files and clicked "Submit" and nothing is happening.

Once you click "Submit", the page will start to reload as your browser uploads the files. It may take a while, depending on the total file size of the photos and videos you selected and your internet speed. Wait until the page reloads with the "File uploaded successfully!" message at the top. You can also try uploading fewer files, at a time or uploading to Google Drive instead.

I got the "File uploaded successfully" message but my photos/videos are not showing up in the gallery.

If you got this message, your files were uploaded successfully. The server needs to generate thumbnails for the gallery before they appear, which may take a few minutes.
